Individual Pan Applicant Mandatory Provide Aadhaar Proof copy

தனிநபர் பான் விண்ணப்பதாரர் கட்டாயமாக ஆதார் சான்று நகலை வழங்குதல் வேண்டும்

Form should be filled with gel pen or black

படிவம் கருப்பு மை அல்லது கருப்பு ஜெல் பேனா வை கொண்டு மட்டுமே  நிரப்பப்பட்ட வேண்டும்

Signature , Thumb will be valid only with black pen and black paid if others use ink (agents) responsible for applying

கையொப்பம், கட்டைவிரல் ரேகை ஆகியவைகளுக்கும் கருப்பு நிற மை மட்டுமே செல்லுபடியாகும். மற்ற மையால்     நிரப்பப்படும் படிவம் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டுவிடும் அதற்க்கு உறுப்பினர்களே முழு பொறுப்பு,

Form to be filled legibly in BLOCK LETTERS and preferably in BLACK INK. Form should be filled in English only

படிவம்ஆங்கிலத்தில் BLOCK எழுத்துக்களில் பூர்த்தி செய்யப்படவேண்டும் மற்றும் கருப்பு மை கொண்டு மட்டுமே நிரப்பப்பட வேண்டும்

Each box, wherever provided, should contain only one character (alphabet /number / punctuation sign) leaving a blank box after each word.

ஒவ்வொரு பெட்டியிலும் ஒரே ஒரு எழுத்து (எழுத்துக்கள் / எண்) மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும், ஒவ்வொரு வார்த்தைக்கும் ஒரு வெற்றுப் பெட்டியை விட்டு நிரப்பவேண்டும்.

Individual’ applicants should affix two recent colour photographs with white background (size 3.5 cm x 2.5 cm) in the space provided on the form. The photographs should not be stapled or clipped to the form. The clarity of image on PAN card will depend on the quality and clarity of photograph affixed on the form

தனிநபர் விண்ணப்பதாரர் படிவத்தில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள இடத்தில் வெள்ளை பின்னணியில் இரண்டு சமீபத்திய வண்ண புகைப்படங்கள் (அளவு 3.5 செமீ x 2.5 செ.மீ) பதிக்கவேண்டும், பின் செய்த புகைப்படம், கண்ணாடி அல்லது தொப்பி அணிந்த புகைப்படம் செல்லுபடியாகாது , PAN அட்டையின் படிவத்தின் தெளிவுத்திறன் படிவத்தில் உள்ள புகைப்படத்தின் தரம் மற்றும் தெளிவின் அடிப்படையில் இருக்கும்

Signature / Left hand thumb impression should be provided across the photo affixed on the left side of the form in such a manner that portion of signature/impression is on photo as well as on form.

கையெழுத்து / இடது கை ரேகை படிவத்தின் இடது பக்கத்தில் பொருத்தப்பட்ட புகைப்படதின் மேல் வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும் , கையெழுத்து பகுதி புகைப்படம் மற்றும் பகுதி படிவத்தில் வருமாறு இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.

 

Signature /Left hand thumb impression should be within the box provided on the right side of the form. The signature should not be on the photograph affixed on right side of the form.

கையெழுத்து / இடது கை ரேகை படிவதின் வலது பக்கத்தில் வழங்கப்படும் பெட்டியில் மையமாக இருக்க வேண்டும். கையெழுத்து படிவம் வலது பக்கத்தில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ள புகைப்படதில் இருக்க கூடாது, கையெழுத்துக்கு என்று ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட  கட்டத்திற்குள் மட்டுமே இருக்க வேண்டும், குறிப்பாக கட்டத்தை விட்டு வெளியே போகாமல் மையமாக போட வேண்டும்

Thumb impression, if used, should be attested by a Magistrate or a Notary Public or a Gazetted Officer

கையொப்பம் இட தெரியாதவர்கள் கட்டைவிரல் ரேகை யை பதிவு செய்து அதன் அருகில் 1 ST Class Gazetted Officer or Notary ( அதாவாது ஒரு நீதிபதி அல்லது ஒரு நோட்டரி பப்ளிக் ஆர் ஒரு அரசிதழ் பதிவு பெற்ற அலுவலர்) யிடம் இருந்து முத்திரை வைத்து கையொப்பம் வாங்கவேண்டும்,

Miner பான் விண்ணப்பிக்கும்போது அவர் சார்பாக அவரது  தாய் அல்லது தந்தை – தான் கையொப்பம் இடவேண்டும் மற்றும் Miner -ன் ஆதார் மற்றும் அவரது  படிவத்தில் கையொப்பம் இட்டவரின் (தாய் அல்லது தந்தை) ஆதார் நகல் சமர்பிக்க வேண்டும்
